The young, homeless (but no less dapper) wanderer shown in the first survived the sinking of the Titanic and swam to the shores of West Egg. There he built a life and a large, empty house, in an effort to win the heart of the wealthy, upper class woman he’d fallen in love with a decade earlier and had been separated from against his will.
He shed his earlier identity, and changed his name to reflect his new station. Jack was now known as Jay Gatsby, the eccentric millionaire who threw parties every night in the hopes that one day his love would show up and spin with him as they had long ago in the dance hall of the lower decks.

I did not know that Norway had its own fluffy cats. Point for Norway.
We had one until 2011. Mr Squeak (big cat, tiny voice) was huge, fluffy, smarter than he let on and cuddly to a ridiculous extent. He’s much missed. Incidentally, these are the cats that pulled Freja’s chariot. Yup, to make a cat do constructive work takes a Norse goddess. And probably a piece of herring on a stick.

Hi Sebastian has this phobia i guess you would call it of eating alone, he won’t eat unless someone is in the same room eating as him, i dont know why and we’ve taken him to the vet to see if it’s a stomach problem on why he wasn’t eating until we started to notice a pattern, only when you’re in the room eating will he start to chow down on his food. So we put his bowl on his side of the table and he eats Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with us. He’ll wait till you’re seated and eating to start on his meal, it’s really sweet, though we still have no idea why he does it.

Withdrawl
I hate it when Walmart for some dumbass reason doesn’t have the lexapro anti-depressants I’ve been on for 10 years. Now I’ve been without it for 1 and half days, not counting the day before when I took less than my usual dose since that’s all I had left. The random bouts of crying and dizziness have started..yay
I order ahead of time so that shit like this DOESN’T happen
Oh oh aaaaand this just had to happen during one of the worst 2 weeks (so far) of this year. So after I find out that the 3rd apartment in 2 weeks that I was applying for was snatched up by one of the tenants friends, queue the unstoppable ugly sob fest. I hadn’t cried like this in so long I can’t even remember. Funny thing is, once I get the meds from Walgreens tonight I probably won’t even remember how I felt. That tends to happen after withdrawals. That’s why I’m writing this down, so I’ll have something to remind myself of the state I get in.

I was reading hyperbole and a half’s blog entry explaining their experience of depression and decided to make another sketchy comic based on my experiences with anxiety, which is another mental illness I think people tend to misunderstand quite frequently
Hopefully this will be of use to some people - whether they suffer from anxiety themselves or if they just want to know more about it
